Board of Directors Nomination Form

A Board of Directors manages the business, property, and affairs of Chamber South. The Board is responsible for establishing policy, budgets, and the guidance of affairs of Chamber South.

The Board is composed of twenty-four (24) persons who shall be members in good standing of Chamber South. Directors are elected for a term of three (3) years. Terms are staggered so that eight (8) directors are elected each year. No director is eligible for more than two (2) consecutive full terms. Vacancies in the board shall be filled by a majority vote of the remaining directors.
